  • SEA Running Back #26
In addition to snaps, Charbonnet also saw a season-high 11 opportunities in the win. He was effective with them, totaling 45 yards on those touches, but he still worked well behind Kenneth Walker. Interestingly, Charbonnet also ran 16 routes to Walker’s 10, which could be something to monitor in the coming weeks. The Seahawks appear to be easing Charbonnet into action, which could be due to an injury that slowed him in training camp. However, his snaps and opportunities have steadily increased each week, making him a worthwhile stash for any managers in leagues where he may be available.
  • NYJ Running Back #20
Remember to temper expectations here, folks. Hall and the Jets were abysmal in Week 3 — a theme that has become all too familiar with Zach Wilson under center. Despite operating as the clear lead back, Hall managed only 27 yards from scrimmage on 13 touches and now has 183 total yards on the season. Although, his 83-yard run in Week 1 against the Bills carries most of that production. While the snap totals are encouraging, Hall is best left on the bench in Week 4 against the Jets in, you guessed it, primetime.
  • LAC Wide Receiver #81
Williams is scheduled to undergo an MRI to determine the severity of his injury, but things didn’t look good for the veteran receiver on Sunday. Williams struggled to put weight on his leg after going down and was eventually carted off to the locker room. Rookie receiver Quentin Johnston stepped in two passes for 25 yards and could be in line for a more significant role if Williams is out.
  • DEN Wide Receiver
Mims will once again pop in the fantasy box score, but credit to Sean Payton for staying true to his word. Mims played on 16 snaps in Week 2 against the Commanders but caught 2-of-2 targets for 113 yards and a touchdown. Later in the week, Payton said he wouldn’t commit to giving Mims more snaps, and in a game his team lost 70-20, Payton ran his rookie receiver out for just 15 snaps on the day. Mims did score on a 99-yard kick return touchdown to bolster his fantasy day, but he’ll be hard to trust in fantasy until Payton realizes he’s sleeping on the team’s best receiver.
  • LV Quarterback #10
Garoppolo played the entirety of Sunday’s loss, but was not available to speak to reporters due to the team evaluating him. Garoppolo threw for 324-2-3 in the Raiders’ loss, and also briefly left the game for what appeared to be an ankle injury in the first half. We’ll know more on Garoppolo’s status soon, but if he’s unable to go in Week 4 against the Chargers, backup quarterback Brian Hoyer could be in line for the start.
  • LV Wide Receiver #13
The two targets take Renfrow’s season total to just three looks through three games, leaving Renfrow with little fantasy value moving forward. The Raiders’ pass offense simply runs almost entirely through Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers, with only the running backs seeing more than just two targets in Week 3. It appears to be full on abandon ship mode for Renfrow and the remaining secondary options in this Raiders offense.
  • LV Wide Receiver #16
Meyers and Davante Adams combined to account for 32 targets on 44 Jimmy Garoppolo pass attempts against the Steelers, good for a tidy 73 percent combined target market share. And as anomalous as that sounds, the two combined for a similarly massive portion of the available targets in Week 1, the only other game this season where the two were both healthy. It seems this pass offense is going to continue to be highly concentrated moving forward, giving fantasy managers and DFSers alike the kind of bankable production that can be counted on week in and week out.
  • LV Wide Receiver #17
Adams simply could not be contained on this night, catching touchdown passes in the first and fourth quarters and routinely finding the soft areas in the Pittsburgh zone defense and picking up chunk yardage on routes on the perimeter as well as ones over the middle of the field. But this is exactly what fantasy managers that sunk second round draft capital into the veteran were hoping for, games where Jimmy Garoppolo keys in on Adams and peppers him with targets. Adams and newcomer wide receiver Jakobi Meyers accounted for 32 targets on 44 Garoppolo pass attempts, good for 73 percent of the team’s available targets on the night. Adams and the Las Vegas pass offense get another chance to put up elite numbers on the road in Week 4 against the reeling Chargers.
  • LV Running Back #8
The reigning rushing leader has not looked himself through three weeks. Whether the bulk of that can be attributed to an underperforming offensive line or the fact that Jacobs missed the entirety of the offseason program while holding out for a new contract remains to be seen, but the early returns on the draft capital invested in him have to be frustrating for fantasy managers. On deck is another modest matchup on the ground against a Chargers defense that has been gashed to start the season.
  • LV Quarterback #10
Garoppolo was under consistent pressure, taking four sacks and going two complete quarters with nothing provided for the scoreboard. Two of his three interceptions were due to ridiculously poor decisions and two were thrown with completely clean pockets, highlighting his poor performance. That said, Garoppolo still managed to toss two touchdowns on the evening, both of which were caught by Davante Adams. The Las Vegas offense remained one of the most concentrated offenses in the league, with 32 of 44 passes thrown in the direction of Adams and Jakobi Meyers. Garoppolo will have to shake this one off in time to prepare for another tough test on the road against the Chargers in Week 4.
