  • ATL Defensive Back #1
Also inactive for the Falcons are QB Logan Woodside, LB Nate Landman, OT Kaleb McGary, DL David Onyemata, DL Joe Gaziano, and C Drew Dalman. Okudah’s absence will impact the Falcons secondary, though they get CB A.J. Terrell (concussion) back to boost the defense. Offensive Lineman McGary and Dalman being ruled out also weakens the protection for Desmond Ridder and the offense against a solid Buccaneers defensive line in Week 14.
  • LAR Kicker #3
Despite being elevated from the practice squad on Saturday, Crosby will not kick for the Rams this weekend. Kicker Lucas Havrisik, who has struggled in recent weeks, will get another opportunity to stick in his current role, but fantasy managers who opted to give Crosby a go after Saturday’s announcement will want to get him out of their lineups before kickoff.
  • LAR Tight End #89
Higbee was listed as doubtful heading into the weekend but has officially been ruled. Brycen Hopkins will likely take over in Higbee’s absence, but he can be left off the fantasy radar this week. In addition to Higbee, the Rams also declared K Mason Crosby, LB Ochaun Mathis, S Quentin Lake, OT Warren McClendon, and DE Earnest Brown inactive against the Ravens.
  • TB Nose Tackle #50
Also inactive for the Buccaneers are QB John Wolford, RB Ke’Shawn Vaughn, CB Jamel Dean, LB Devin White, and OL Brandon Walton. Vea is one of three key defenders out for the Buccaneers, with Dean and White also out against the Falcons. The Buccaneers defense will have to manage with a weaker front seven and secondary as a result. Vaughn continues to be an inactive from the Buccaneers backfield as the team’s fourth running back.
  • NO Quarterback #7
Hill will miss at least this week’s game with a foot injury. His absence will change the dynamic of the entire New Orleans offense. It should mean more carries for Alvin Kamara, including opportunities near the goal line, where Hill has dominated. Jamaal Williams should also mix in against a weak Carolina rush defense.
  • JAX Quarterback #16
Lawrence is nowhere close to 100 percent, but the Jags are betting he can be a better game manager than C.J. Beathard as they look to lock down the AFC South and try to stay alive in the race for the conference’s No. 1 seed. Facing an elite defense and extremely unlikely to run Sunday afternoon, Lawrence is a lower-end QB2 as he tries to gut through this serious injury. Inactive for the Jaguars are CB Tyson Campbell, CB Tre Herndon, OLB Yasir Abdullah, OL Walker Little, TE Brenton Strange, DT Foley Fatukasi and third QB Nathan Rourke.
  • CLE Wide Receiver #2
Cooper is ready to serve as volume-monster Joe Flacco’s No. 1 wideout. Flacco loves to check down, but we would still expect at least a WR3-level of targets for Cooper vs. Jacksonville’s awful pass defense. Inactive for the Browns are CB Deznel Ward, RT Dawand Jones, LB Mohamoud Diabate, C Luke Wypler, DE Isaiah McGuire and DT Siaki Ika,
  • NO Quarterback #4
Carr cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol on Friday, though he is dealing with multiple other injuries as well. Per Rapoport, Carr is dealing with a non-displaced rib cartilage fracture and an AC joint sprain. He will take a pain-killing injection before the game and play through the injuries. Desperate to make the playoffs in their first season with Carr at the helm, the Saints are throwing their beleaguered quarterback in the fire despite his various ailments. With Taysom Hill out for this game, the Saints will not have the option to sub Carr off the field for occasional breathers unless they want to see Jameis Wiston under center. Expect an absurdly run-heavy approach from the Saints as they attempt to escape their Week 14 matchup versus Carolina with a low-scoring win.
  • CLE Quarterback #15
Flacco was elevated from the practice squad on Saturday. With P.J. Walker waived over the weekend, Flacco will be signed to the team’s active roster soon. Flacco drew the start in Week 13 and threw for 254 yards, two scores, and an interception. While that stat line wouldn’t normally be much to write home about, it was one of the best outings for a Cleveland quarterback this season. Flacco isn’t setting the league ablaze at 38 years old, but he does give the Browns’ offense a spark it hasn’t had outside of two good performances from the now-injured Deshaun Watson. Flacco will keep Amari Cooper in the WR2 ranks for Week 14 while giving Elijah Moore WR3 aspirations versus a middling Jacksonville defense.
  • NYJ Running Back #20
Hall was listed as questionable after logging a limited practice on Friday. It was his only practice of the week. He played through the ankle issue in Week 13 but gave up nine carries to Dalvin Cook, who was also more efficient per attempt than Breece. Hall still pulled in six receptions, saving an otherwise quiet fantasy day in PPR leagues. He will need to do so again this week because Cook will likely maintain his role between the tackles, limiting Hall’s touch-based upside. He ranks as an RB2 for Week 14.
