  • CAR Quarterback #9
Young’s yards per attempt was south of four in another horrific performance for the 2023 first overall pick. It’s the sixth time he’s been under four yards per pass in a game this season. Young had a couple nice downfield shots that were nearly completed for chunk gains but fell to the turf. The Saints pass rush harassed Young from start to finish, overwhelming the undersized QB time and again. Young now has one touchdown pass over his past five miserable games in a dysfunctional Carolina offense. He won’t be a fantasy option in Week 15 against the Falcons.
  • HOU Quarterback #7
Stroud was injured in extremely unfortunate fashion, getting his head snapped back against the turf on an unnecessary hit follow-through by Jets DL Quinnen Williams in the fourth quarter. The game was essentially already over, making it all the more frustrating. It was a fiasco of a day for Stroud in the rain before going down. He lost Nico Collins to a calf injury after just one target and went on to complete 10-of-23 passes for 91 scoreless, turnover-free yards. It was unclear what Stroud was supposed to do in the conditions without Collins and Tank Dell. Stroud’s supporting cast health is now a major concern ahead of Week 15 against the Titans. That, of course, is if Stroud himself can play. This had the looks of what could be a multi-week issue, but we are obviously completely guessing when it comes to head injuries. Stay tuned.
  • CIN Quarterback #6
Browning took a hit while getting a pass off early in the fourth quarter and then landed on his hand. It’s unclear exactly which part of the interaction caused the injury, but he was seen shaking out his hand on the next play before exiting the game. He immediately left for the locker room. A.J. McCarron has taken his place under center.
  • DEN Running Back #25
Perine was questionable heading into the weekend, but it was later revealed the team expected him to play. Now officially active, Perine should play in his normal role behind Javonte Williams and mix in on the occasional pass play. He’s been highly efficient on a per-touch basis but is hard to trust as anything more than a desperation RB3. While Perine is active, the Broncos did declare S JL Skinner, RB Tyler Badie, TE Nate Adkins, LB Ronnie Perkins, LB Thomas Incoom, C Alex Forsyth, and DE Elijah Garcia inactive for Week 14.
  • SEA Quarterback #7
The Seahawks are being dealt a crushing blow in a game they absolutely have to win with Smith suffering a groin injury late in the week. It was already going to be a tough task to beat the 49ers, but doing it with your backup QB makes it a bit tougher. The Seahawks will however, have Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet in the lineup.
  • MIN Wide Receiver #18
Jefferson will suit up for the first time since Week 5. He has ramped up in practice over the past couple weeks and should be ready for a full complement of snaps against a vulnerable Vegas secondary. Vikings declared LT Kolton Miller, QB Brian Hoyer, LB Amari Burney, DT Byron Young, DT Nesta Jade Silvera, TE Jesper Horsted, and DE Malik Reed inactive against the Raiders.
  • HOU Wide Receiver #12
It’s the worst possible news after Collins dealt with calf issues in November. Collins went down in the opening moments of a rainy contest and was officially ruled out at halftime. It’s a fiasco for fantasy managers, as Collins had just one grab before departing. C.J. Stroud, meanwhile, was in the negative in net halftime passing. The early rule out makes Collins highly questionable for Week 15 against the Titans’ shaky pass defense.
  • ATL Defensive Back #1
Also inactive for the Falcons are QB Logan Woodside, LB Nate Landman, OT Kaleb McGary, DL David Onyemata, DL Joe Gaziano, and C Drew Dalman. Okudah’s absence will impact the Falcons secondary, though they get CB A.J. Terrell (concussion) back to boost the defense. Offensive Lineman McGary and Dalman being ruled out also weakens the protection for Desmond Ridder and the offense against a solid Buccaneers defensive line in Week 14.
  • LAR Kicker #3
Despite being elevated from the practice squad on Saturday, Crosby will not kick for the Rams this weekend. Kicker Lucas Havrisik, who has struggled in recent weeks, will get another opportunity to stick in his current role, but fantasy managers who opted to give Crosby a go after Saturday’s announcement will want to get him out of their lineups before kickoff.
  • LAR Tight End #89
Higbee was listed as doubtful heading into the weekend but has officially been ruled. Brycen Hopkins will likely take over in Higbee’s absence, but he can be left off the fantasy radar this week. In addition to Higbee, the Rams also declared K Mason Crosby, LB Ochaun Mathis, S Quentin Lake, OT Warren McClendon, and DE Earnest Brown inactive against the Ravens.
