ON HER TURF & P1440 CAMP INSTAGRAM SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal U.S. residents who are 16 or older as of 06/16/2020. If you are under 18 or under the age of majority in your state of residence, you must obtain consent from your parent/guardian to enter the Sweepstakes. Commencing on 06/16/2020 at 12 PM EASTERN Time “ET” and continuing through 06/22/2020 at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

On Her Turf and NBCUniversal Media, LLC, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10112 (collectively “Sponsors”) will award free tuition for one (1) p1440 Summer Virtual Camp Session of your choice (“Prize(s)”). Contest Entities include Sponsors and Platform 1440, LLC and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and any other entity or individual involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Contest.

To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, entrants must:
1. Follow, or already be following, @OnHerTurf and @p1440 on Instagram.
3. Like the sweeps post on @OnHerTurf.
4. Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the sweeps post.

(each an “Entry” and collectively, the “Entries”).

Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner (“Winners”) from among all valid Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message by 06/11/2020 and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of being contacted. If Prize is won by a minor, Prize will be awarded in the name of such minor’s parent or legal guardian. Limit one (1) Prize per household. Winner must respond by 06/15/2020. Sponsor’s decisions, including, but not limited to, selection of Winners and substitution of Prizes, cannot be appealed. Estimated retail value of each Prize is $250. Total actual retail value may vary.

If, at any time, you no longer wish to receive materials from Sponsor or our partners, please go to our privacy policy, located at https://www.nbcuniversal.com/privacy, or the applicable partner’s privacy policy and follow the procedures indicated.

By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify, and release and hold harmless, Contest Entities, Instagram and its affiliated companies, from any liability that may occur from participation in the sweepstakes and/or use of Prizes. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prizes are the sole responsibility of Winners.
