49ers' road show comes to an end in Seattle
Smith doesn't waste any time
The 49ers won the toss and elected to start on defense. On the first play from scrimmage, Aldon Smith chased down Russell Wilson and forced the Seahawks quarterback to fumble. Smith jumped on the ball at the Seahawks' 15-yard line.
49ers strike first
After taking over at the Seahawks' 15-yard line, the 49ers managed to move the ball down to the 7-yard line. They settled for a 25-yard field goal by Phil Dawson to give them an early 3-0 lead.
Kap runs wild
Colin Kaepernick had trouble throwing the ball in the first half, but he had no such issues running the ball. The 49ers quarterback ran the ball eight times for 98 yards in the first half and it was punctuated by a 58-yard scamper to the Seahawks' 10-yard line.
Up and over
On fourth and goal from the 1-yard line, Anthony Dixon capped off the nine-play, 86 yard drive by going over the pile for the touchdown to give the 49ers a 10-0 lead.

Jim Harbaugh wasn't too happy about a dead-ball personal foul call on Carlos Rogers late in the first half and made it known to the referees.
Seahawks unleash Beast Mode
Marshawn Lynch had been quiet for most of the game. But he announced his presence with a 40-yard touchdown run early in the third quarter to tie the game 10-10.
Touchdown on fourth down

All-Pro linebacker NaVorro Bowman suffered an apparent significant leg injury midway through the fourth quarter and was carted off the field.
Last chance comes up short
Trailing 23-17 in the final minute, Colin Kaepernick lofted a pass intended for Michael Crabtree in the endzone. But the ball was deflected and Seahawks' linebacker Malcolm Smith came down with the interception to seal the win for Seattle.
The quest ends
Colin Kaepernick rushed for 130 yards on 11 attempts, but threw two costly interceptions as the 49ers tried to come from behind against the Seahawks.
