But with roughly two hours until kickoff in Miami Gardens, a large wager came in on the Chiefs at the Westgate sportsbook, moving the line to -2.

The 49ers finished with a better record and had a higher seed in the NFL playoffs, but Kansas City is favored because of the presence of 2018 NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes.
On Friday, one bettor dropped two large wagers on the 49ers, totaling over $500,000. But those bets didn't move the line like this new bet on the Chiefs worth $110,000.
