Kittle's one-handed catch leads to 49ers' field goal vs. Seahawks

George Kittle was having a lackluster season finale Sunday until midway through the third quarter of the 49ers' game against the Seattle Seahawks.

On the first play of the 49ers' second possession after halftime, C.J. Beathard targeted his former college teammate, but the pass was slightly behind Kittle.

That didn't matter for the All-Pro tight end, who reached back to make an incredible one-handed catch. Kittle secured the ball, tumbled forward and eventually was tackled at the Seahawks' 8-yard line.

Before the catch, Kittle had five receptions for 22 yards. That one-handed grab netted the 49ers 41 yards and led to a go-ahead field goal by Tristan Vizcaino to give the 49ers a 9-6 lead over their bitter rivals.

Kittle missed eight games this season with leg injuries, but he still has put up solid numbers this season, entering the finale with 41 catches for 566 yards and two touchdowns.
