Madden NFL 23: Leaked ratings, 99 club members and release date

One month from now Madden NFL 23 will be the talk of the football community as the annual video game will be released in the midst of training camp. 

In the lead up to that release date, EA Sports revealed Madden player rankings this week to keep the interest level and momentum around the game at a maximum.

San Francisco 49ers left tackle Trent Williams, Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams and Cleveland Browns EDGE rusher Myles Garrett were announced as the first three members of the game’s coveted 99 Club

What position groups did Madden NFL 23 leak this week?

Specific position groups will be released each day during the week of July 18, including the top 10 players in various different position groups. 

A member of the 99 overall club will also be released each morning.

Who are the 99 Club members?

The 99 overall club is an exclusive and elite group of top players in Madden 23. 

Trent Williams made history when he became the first offensive lineman to join the 99 overall club earlier this month. The others revealed this week were Davante Adams, Myles Garrett and Aaron Donald. With his sixth straight 99 rating, Donald matches Peyton Manning’s record of most 99 ratings ever.

When will Madden 23 be released?

The release date for Madden 23 is on Friday, Aug. 19, 2022.

The game will be available for PS4/5, Xbox Series S|X, Xbox One and PC.
