Michael Mosley, the man accused of the Dec. 21 double murder of Clayton Beathard and Paul Trapeni III, has been arrested outside of Nashville, the Metro Nashville Police Department announced Wednesday.

Clayton, 22, was the younger brother of 49ers quarterback C.J. Beathard.

The arrest comes a day after the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation added Mosley to its Most Wanted List.

Mosley will be booked by Nashville authorities on two counts of criminal homicide and one count of attempted criminal homicide for the incident on Saturday that left Beathard and Trapeni dead and another victim with wounds to his arm and eye.

The dispute last Saturday began when Mosley made "unwanted advancements" toward a female friend of Beathard, Trapeni and the third victim. After a verbal altercation, the dispute made its way outside The Dogwood Bar, where Mosley allegedly stabbed Beathard and Trapeni.

Mosley is a "convicted felon with a violent past," according to Nashville Metro Police, and he had been released on $5,000 bond following an incident at a Walmart, where he assaulted a 37-year-old woman. Police on Tuesday detailed Mosley's lengthy criminal history, which includes aggravated robbery, felony aggravated assault and car theft.

C.J. Beathard has yet to return to the 49ers since traveling back to Nashville to be with his family.
