While his soon-to-be former 49ers teammates played the Buccaneers a few miles away, Reuben Foster left a Tampa, Fla., jail Sunday after posting $2,000 bail on a domestic violence charge.

Foster was arrested Saturday night after an incident at the team hotel, and the 49ers said the next morning they were releasing him. 49ers general manager John Lynch spoke to reporters before kickoff Sunday, and said Foster didn't live up to the expectations placed on him after a prior domestic violence arrest.
Those charges were dropped, and Foster remained on the team.
