Watch 49ers tight end George Kittle lift 350-plus pounds on bench press

Do you even lift, bro? If you're George Kittle, the answer is absolutely, yes.

The 49ers tight end has been hitting the weights lately, and we have footage to show just how ready he is for the upcoming season:

Yep -- that's 365 pounds on the bench, and he made it look pretty easy all things considered.

He celebrated with his friends afterward and I'll admit it, he got me pretty pumped up. I'm just going to stick to the 10-pound dumbbells for the time being.

Kittle is coming off a breakout season setting the NFL's single-season yard record by a tight end with 88 receptions and 1,377 receiving yards. That may be difficult to achieve once again, but if he doesn't get there it won't be because he was lazy.

49ers inactives: George Kittle officially out against rival Seahawks

It's official: George Kittle won't be suiting up for the 49ers-Seahawks prime-time clash on "Monday Night Football."

The All-Pro tight end, along with recovering cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon and injured kicker Robbie Gould, are among the 49ers' seven inactives against Seattle.

Kittle was listed as "doubtful" heading into the game with knee and ankle issues suffered against the Arizona Cardinals last Thursday night. Ross Dwelley is expected to start at tight end in Kittle's place.

Offensive tackles Joe Staley and Mike McGlinchey, along with fullback Kyle Juszczyk, return for Kyle Shanahan's club after extended absences.

49ers' Jimmy Garoppolo seemingly imitates viral Dak Prescott video

49ers QB Jimmy Garoppolo is the greatest quarterback to go viral on the internet since Dak Prescott.

The Cowboys signal-caller caused the internet to have a field day with his pregame warmup routine prior to "Sunday Night Football," when the Dallas Cowboys hosted the Minnesota Vikings.

This was the original:

The wonderful people of social media then added background music ranging in everything from "Africa" by Toto to Kenny Loggins' "Footloose." Some Lil Jon made an appearance in there as well. Each one of them were great.

But NBC Sports Bay Area's own Jennifer Lee Chan has one that's even better, courtesy of the 49ers QB on Monday night:

Yeah, we know. Great, right?
