A's outfielder Ramon Laureano makes one of the greatest throws ever

There are feats of athleticism that make you stop, press rewind, stop again and question why you ever tried to play sports. Ramon Laureano did just that Saturday night in Los Angeles.

The A's rookie outfielder first made a fantastic catch. Somehow, that's barely worth mentioning. The throw was one of the greatest ever in MLB history on pure arm strength.

Take a look for yourself:

After tracking down a deep blast from Angels outfielder Just Upton, Laureano stopped in his tracks and hurled a perfect throw from the warning track all the way to first base for a double play to end the bottom of the third inning.

Dallas Braden called the play "one of the best catches you will ever see in your life."

The ball didn't bounce. Not once.

Is this the most impressive throw you have ever seen? Laureano just may have our vote.
