Fans of the Broncos and Panthers have traveled to the Bay Area to see their teams duke it out in Super Bowl 50 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara. Only one can take home the coveted Lombardi trophy.
Sheriff takes the field
Could this be Peyton Manning's last game of his career? The five-time NFL MVP hit the field to loosen up his arm. Manning is looking to win his second Super Bowl of his career and first with the Denver Broncos.
Calm before the storm
Making the Super Bowl feel as normal as possible is never easy. For Cam Newton, that may not be the case. He's in his first Super Bowl, but isn't shy to playing on the big stage. Newton got his body ready on the field while staying relaxed before the biggest game of NFL career.
The day after winning the NFL's biggest honor, Panthers quarterback Cam Newton certainly wasn't shy about it before Super Bowl 50. Newton, the NFL's newest MVP was sporting gold Under Armour cleats with "MVP" on the straps and his stats on them.
With Peyton Manning as his right-hand man in his commercials, John Schnatter, founder of Papa John's Pizza is on hand for Super Bowl 50. To no surprise, he's donning Broncos orange.
Steph hits the gridiron
Warriors star point guard Steph Curry has made his fandom for the Panthers no surprise. The North Carolina native is being hosted by the Panthers as the team's special guest for Super Bowl 50. He will bang the team's "Keep Pounding" drum before kickoff.
Beard on board
The Houston Rockets take on the Warriors Tuesday night and All-Star shooting guard James Harden made sure to get to the Bay Area early. Harden finished second to Curry in MVP voting last season.
Durant soaks it up
Kevin Durant scored 40 points in Oakland vs. the Warriors Saturday night, but his Thunder fell to the Warriors, 116-108. The next day, the 2014 NBA MVP stayed in the Bay for Super Bowl 50.
Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Namath is one of the most recognizable players in NFL history. His Super Bowl legacy for predicting his 1968 Jets to upset the Colts was live on forever. Namath was named the Super Bowl MVP after throwing for 472 yards and three touchdowns.

Peyton Manning got his last throws in before his Broncos hit the field for Super Bowl 50 vs. the Carolina Panthers.
Steph Curry's fandom for the Panthers will be loud at Super Bowl 50. Right before the Panthers ran on the field at Levi's Stadium, Curry banged Carolina's "Keep Pounding" drum. He is being honored as the team's special guest for the game.
Man of the Year
On Saturday, 49ers wide receiver Anquan Boldin won the 2015 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year. Before kickoff, he was recognized for the honor at Levi's Stadium.
Hitting the high notes
Lady Gaga is an award-winning artist and actress. She added to her impressive career by belting out the National Anthem for Super Bowl 50 at Levi's Stadium.
