Cody Bellinger had a regular season to forget, but he came up huge for the Los Angeles Dodgers against the Giants in the National League Division Series.
With runners on first and second with one out in the top of the ninth of Game 5 at Oracle Park on Thursday night, Bellinger came through with another clutch at-bat, giving the Dodgers a 2-1 lead with an RBI single to right-center off San Francisco closer Camilo Doval.

That proved to be the deciding run in the series, as Max Scherzer closed it out in the bottom of the ninth to send the Dodgers to the National League Championship Series, where they'll face the Atlanta Braves with a World Series berth on the line.
Bellinger slashed just .165/.240/.302 during the regular season, but the 2019 NL MVP was a thorn in the Giants' side all series long. He broke the game open in the Dodgers' 9-2 win in Game 2 with an RBI double that scored two and had two hits and a run scored in the Dodgers' 7-2 victory in Game 4.
It's safe to say that Bellinger will forever be among the most hated Dodgers players by Giants fans.
