The day just keeps getting more bizarre for the San Francisco Giants.
First, the Giants placed ace Madison Bumgarner on the DL with a grade one or two AC sprain in his left shoulder, plus bruised ribs. Bumgarner sustained the injury in a dirt bike accident during the Giants' off day on Thursday in Denver.
And it didn't stop there.

The Giants' team bus even entered the day of unfortunate events. On the way to Coors Field for the Giants' game against the Rockies, the team bus backed right into a car, according to Giants broadcaster Dave Flemming.
