The wait for Zack Greinke to pick his future home is over, and it was not the most talked about destination.

The Dodgers' ace, who reached free agency, has agreed to terms with the Arizona Diamondbacks, according to multiple reports.

The completion of the deal is pending a physical.

The deal is reportedly for six years, according to CBS Sports' Jon Heyman

The San Francisco Giants and Los Angeles Dodgers were the top two teams reportedly in pursuit.

The Diamondbacks got in the mix on Friday, and it didn't take long to get Greinke to agree.

Greinke, 32, spent the last three seasons with the Dodgers. His 1.66 ERA last season was the lowest in MLB.
