Beede was at Dodgers' Game 4 loss, goes crazy when Rays win

Tyler Beede was every Giants fan Saturday night.

The Giants pitcher, who is recovering from Tommy John surgery, was at Game 4 of the 2020 World Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Tampa Bay Rays at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, and he recorded the entire insane final play on his phone.

Beede obviously was rooting for Rays hero Brett Phillips, but you also can hear the Giants pitcher tell off some Dodgers fans close to him. He even filmed several of the dejected Dodgers fans.

If you're a Giants fan, you love to see it.

Beede makes his offseason home in Houston, and had his elbow surgery performed by Dr. Keith Meister, who is the Texas Rangers' head physician. So, that explains why Beede was in Arlington.

In case you missed it, the Dodgers had a 7-6 lead with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning. Phillips, who pinch-ran earlier in the game and was batting for the first time since Oct. 7, singled to center field to tie the score. But when Dodgers outfielder Chris Taylor bobbled the ball, Randy Arozarena tried to score all the way from first.

Taylor fired the ball to catcher Will Smith, and Arozarena was going to be out by 30 feet. But Smith dropped the ball, allowing Arozarena to score the winning run in one of the most chaotic endings to a World Series game ever.

And Beede was there to catch every incredible second of it.
