It appears Terrence Jones' time with the Santa Cruz Warriors has come to an end.

The Pelicans are finalizing a 10-day contract with Jones, according to The Vertical's Shams Charania.

Jones signed with Santa Cruz in mid-December.

Over eight games for the Sea Dubs, he averaged 17.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 2.0 blocks and 1.1 steals.

He shot over 53 percent from the field and made 7-of-19 3-point attempts.

The 26-year old forward appeared in 51 games (12 starts) for New Orleans last season, averaging 11.5 points and 5.9 rebounds per contest.

Jones was originally selected 18th overall by the Rockets in the 2012 draft.
