Kings guard De'Aaaron Fox is a former McDonald's All-American, an SEC Tournament MVP, a top-five NBA draft pick, and now a ... shoe designer.

The 20-year-old, a Nike athlete, collaborated with the sneaker giant to on the "SWIPA" Nike Air Max 1 that will release on May 31.

The shoes are different colors, as the left sneaker boasts a red, white and black colorway, while the right is orange and blue. Both shoes feature Fox's No. 5 on the tongue, math equations on the inside and a "SWIPA" wordmark on the heel.

"SWIPA" is a nod to Fox's social-media handles, which in and of itself are nods to the "Dora the Explorer" character Swiper.

The fictitious fox shares a color scheme with the basketball-playing one's right shoe, suggesting the references to a children television's program go even deeper than the name. There is no word yet if the shoes come with a matching backpack (backpack), a talking map or Fox's Most Improved Player pitch, but we'll find out when they drop at the end of the month.
