Kings players unhappy after another apparent blown call in loss

It's safe to say the Kings are not fans of how some of the last few games have been officiated, especially toward the end of the game.

Following Sacramento's 116-113 loss to the Warriors (4-7) at Chase Center on Monday night, a handful of Kings (3-6) players took to Twitter and let their opinions be known on another apparent blow call.

Down three with 1.3 seconds on the clock, Mike Brown drew up a play to get Kevin Huerter, the Kings' hottest 3-point shooter, a look to tie the game.

Instead of a clean look, it appeared that Klay Thompson made contact with Huerter's hip and ultimately his arm upon releasing the ball. The officials, however, didn't call a foul and the Warriors walked away with the win.

Speaking with reporters postgame, Kings coach Mike Brown noted that Sacramento has been on the opposite end of two calls that have ended in two losses and said, in no uncertain terms, that Huerter should have been shooting free throws.

Despite Steph Curry going off for 47 points, the Kings were right there until the very end.

Perhaps with the players and Brown calling out the referees and their mistakes, Kings fans are hopeful that the officiating of future games will be tighter.
