The Sacramento Kings came out lethargic and a step slow. The Chicago Bulls built a big lead, and then watched the Kings come roaring back.
Riding the hot hand of De’Aaron Fox, the Kings erased a 12-point third-quarter deficit, outscoring the Bulls by 18 in the period to take a seven-point lead into the fourth.

In the fourth quarter, Sacramento let it fly. The Kings blew the Bulls out in a wild finish, outscoring the home team by 30 in the second half to come away with a 108-89 win at the United Center in Chicago.
Here are three takeaways as the Kings crushed the Bulls to move to 14-12 on the season.
Crazy like a Fox
After sleepwalking through the first two quarters, Fox came out of nowhere to dominate the third frame and put Sacramento in position to win.
NBA
The sophomore guard accounted for 16 of the Kings' 36 points in the third quarter. He finished with 25 points, six assists, four rebounds and four steals on the night.
More importantly, the 20-year-old led his team to a 3-1 record on the four-game road trip.
Stat Stuffer
Willie Cauley-Stein kept the Kings in the game. The 7-footer brought energy early while the rest of his teammates were stuck in the mud.
The Kings’ starting center attacked the rim, crashed the glass and picked up steals. He finished the night with 11 points, 16 rebounds, three assists and three steals.
Cauley-Stein certainly is capable of being that type of force for the Kings.
Rookie Challenge
Marvin Bagley and Wendell Carter know each other well from their time together at Duke. Both taken in the first seven picks of the 2018 NBA Draft, the bigs went to work against each other in this game.
Bagley got over on his friend, scoring 16 points on 5-of-9 shooting to go with two rebounds. He picked up two early fouls, but he settled down to have a very productive evening for Sacramento.
Carter started and played 29 minutes for the Bulls, but he managed to score just eight points and grab eight rebounds in a losing effort.
