Upcoming Kings vs. Grizzlies games postponed for contact tracing

The Kings' upcoming back-to-back against the Memphis Grizzlies has been postponed, the NBA announced Thursday.

The league is postponing the Grizzlies' next three games, including the back-to-back vs. Sacramento that was scheduled to be played on Sunday and Monday in Memphis.

Memphis doesn't have the required eight players available due to contact tracing for COVID-19. The Grizzlies' game against the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday also was postponed. These three games will be the 17, 18 and 19th games postponed this season due to COVID-19 protocols.

The Kings' game against the New York Knicks on Friday will be played as scheduled. The Kings currently are 5-10 and have lost four games in a row.
