The Kings more than likely won't need the assistance of a Ja Rule curse as they take on the Timberwolves on Monday in Minneapolis.

Sacramento has won the first two games of the season against the T-Wolves, but when the team is hosting the Kings, Minnesota is rather successful -- the team has won three straight at home over the Kings.

So maybe the boost from the rapper wouldn't be so terrible.

The Kings are coming off of a 119-116 win over the Thunder on Saturday which was the team's fourth-straight game scoring 115+ points, the longest streak since a five-game streak in January 2016.

The T-Wolves' Karl-Anthony Towns was cleared from the league's concussion protocol after a car accident on Thursday and will play against the Kings on Monday night.
