The United States Men's National Basketball Team bounced back with a huge 53-point win over Japan on Thursday morning to complete pool play in the 2019 FIBA World Cup.

After barely escaping Turkey on Tuesday, Team USA took down Japan, 98-46, just two days later. And the win set up one of the most anticipated matchups of the tournament.

Reigning NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo led Greece to a 103-97 win over New Zealand on Thursday with 24 points, 10 rebounds and six assists.

Kings forward Harrison Barnes had the third-most points on Team USA in the victory over Japan. Barnes dropped 14 points and grabbed eight rebounds.

Barnes now is averaging 12.7 points and 5.0 rebounds per game in the World Cup.
