Greg Papa Joins Network's 49ers Coverage Team – Greg Papa, a three-time California Sportscaster of the Year, will anchor NBC Sports Bay Area’s 49ers Pregame Live and 49ers Postgame Live.  He joins former 49ers Pro Bowl quarterback Jeff Garcia (@JeffGarciaJGFA), former 49ers safety Donte Whitner, NBCSportsBayArea.com 49ers Insider Matt Maiocco (@MaioccoNBCS) and 49ers reporter Laura Britt (@Laura_Britt_) on the shows. 

 

Papa, a veteran of Bay Area sports broadcasting for nearly three decades, has been the play-by-play voice for the San Francisco Giants, Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s and Oakland Raiders and is the longtime host of NBC Sports Bay Area’s Golden State Warriors Pregame Live and Postgame Live.

 

49ers analysts Donte Whitner & Ian Williams – Former 49ers safety (2010-2013) Donte Whitner will serve as an analyst on 49ers Pregame Live, 49ers Postgame Live and 49ers Central.  The two-time Pro Bowl safety also played for the Buffalo Bills (2006-2010), Cleveland Browns (2014-2015) and Washington Redskins (2016).  Whitner also twice won the Garry Niver Award, which the San Francisco Chapter of the Pro Football Writers of America presents annually to a 49ers player for his cooperation and professional style in dealing with the media.  A native of Cleveland, he was drafted in the first round with the #8 overall pick out of Ohio State.

 

Former 49ers nose tackle Ian Williams will serve as an analyst on 49ers Press Conference Live.  He played for the 49ers from 2011-2016.  In 2015, Williams was named a defensive team captain.  A native of Altamonte Spring, Florida, he played at Norte Dame and was signed by the 49ers as an undrafted free agent following the 2011 NFL Draft.

 

49ers Pregame Live Airs Priors to Every Game – 49ers Pregame Live – the only live, locally produced 49ers pregame show – will now air prior to every home and away game.  49ers Pregame Live makes its season debut on Sunday, September 9 at 9 a.m. as the 49ers open the regular season against the Minnesota Vikings.

Indy 500 live stream: How to watch Greatest Spectacle in Racing online

"The Greatest Spectacle in Racing" returns Sunday when the 103rd running of the Indianapolis 500 takes place at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. 

Last year, Danica Patrick returned to the historic track for one last ride before calling it a career. Now, the famed driver will be up in the booth alongside Mike Tirico and Dale Earnhardt Jr. as part of NBC's coverage.

While Patrick won't be racing this year, the 103rd running still has a loaded field that racing fans will love, including Helio Castroneves, Marco Andretti and Scott Dixon. Will Power is listed as the co-favorite along with Simon Pagenaud.
