Preakness Stakes 2019 payouts: Win, place, show results for 144th race

In a race that started with a jockey immediately falling off his horse, War of Will crossed the finish line first Saturday to win the 2019 Preakness Stakes.

War of Will had the second-best odds going into the race at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore.

Country House, the horse that won the Kentucky Derby after Maximum Security was disqualified, pulled out of the second leg of the Triple Crown because of a cough. Maximum Security did not run the race.

Here are the payout results from the 144th running of the Preakness Stakes.

Everfast $32.00 $14.40

The Kings are one of 22 teams invited to Orlando for the resumption of the 2019-20 NBA season. Each team is set to play eight seeding games at the Walt Disney World Resort to determine final win-loss records and whether there will be a play-in scenario. If the team with the ninth-best record in either conference is within three and a half games of eighth place, there will be a play-in tournament between the No. 8 and 9 seeds. That tournament will be double elimination for the No. 8 seed and single elimination for the No. 9 seed. Currently, the Kings are 3.5 games out of the No. 8 seed in the Western Conference, in a virtual tie with the Portland Trail Blazers and New Orleans Pelicans.

Prior to the game, fans can catch the latest team developments, interviews and an in-depth game preview on Kings Pregame Live. Immediately following the game, Kings Postgame Live will give viewers a complete game breakdown with stats and highlights, interviews, and a preview of the next game. The shows are anchored by Jim Kozimor with expert analysis from Kayte Hunter. Additional analysis will be provided by Kings Insider James Ham, Gary Gerould and Doug Christie.
