Carr passes The Snake for most TD passes in Raiders history

Derek Carr added another Raiders record to his list of accomplishments Sunday against the Buffalo Bills.

With a 7-yard completion to Nelson Agholor with 1:29 remaining in the fourth quarter, Carr recorded his 151st career touchdown pass, passing Hall of Famer Ken Stabler for the most in the history of the Raiders franchise.

Unfortunately for Carr, the record-breaking touchdown pass was too little, too late as Las Vegas lost to the Bills 30-23 to fall to 2-2 this season.

Carr tied Stabler earlier in the game with a touchdown pass to tight end Jason Witten.

In his seventh NFL season with the Raiders, Carr already holds several franchise records, including most passing yards (23,888) and completions (2,226) and completion percentage (64 percent).

Stabler amassed 150 touchdown passes in 10 seasons with the Raiders.

It will take Carr (41-57) a while to catch Stabler (69-26-1) for most wins in franchise history.

Carr is a polarizing player among the Raiders fan base and he might not reach Stabler's Hall of Fame heights, but the current signal caller will go down as one of the best quarterbacks in the history of the Raiders franchise.
