The Raiders are tied for the NFL's worst record at 3-11, and they have no idea where they will play their home games in 2019.
No worries, though, because their (practice) savior is here.
According to multiple reports, the Raiders are signing former Buffalo Bills quarterback Nathan Peterman to the practice squad.

NFL Media's Ian Rapoport was first to report the move is for the practice squad, not the 53-man roster.
Peterman lasted two seasons in Buffalo before he was cut him on Nov. 12. His two seasons were cringe-worthy for Bills fans and Twitter gold for everyone else. Over eight games (four starts), Peterman has thrown three touchdown passes compared to 12 interceptions, including three picks-sixes.
So, for both comedic and serious reasons, Twitter is having a field day with Peterman going to Oakland.
Colin Kaepernick last played in the NFL in 2016, where he threw 16 TD passes to four interceptions in 12 games. He completed 59.2 percent of his passes that season. For his career, Peterman has a 52.3 completion percentage.
Peterman's last TD pass came on Oct. 14 in a 20-13 Bills loss to the Texans. Houston took the lead with 1:23 left in the game on a ... you guessed it, Peterman pick-six.
The Raiders' final game of the 2018-19 season is in Kansas City. Chiefs fans can only hope Peterman somehow finds the field in Week 17.
