The Raiders stunned everyone by taking Clemson defensive end Clelin Ferrell with the No. 4 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
It appears to be a reach. And even the Raiders' brass likely knows it.
NFL Network's Mike Silver reported that Raiders general manager Mike Mayock conducted a mock-draft exercise earlier this week at the team facility and took Ferrell with the No. 13 pick after trading down from No. 4 with the Miami Dolphins.

Additionally, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported that some teams had a second-round grade on Ferrell.
