Raiders finalize 53-man roster ahead of first Vegas season


The first 53-man regular season roster in Las Vegas Raiders history is official.

After the franchise’s offseason move to Sin City, the Raiders released the initial 53-man roster on Saturday.

ESPN’s Paul Gutierrez shared the positional breakdown for the Raiders’ first 53-man roster.

Las Vegas traded 2020 third-round pick Lynn Bowden Jr. and a 2021 sixth-round draft pick to the Miami Dolphins for a 2021 fourth-round draft pick on Saturday morning, as the Kentucky product will make Miami’s 53-man roster.

The Raiders will open up the 2020 season on Sept. 13 in Carolina against the Panthers, before hosting the first NFL game at Allegiant Stadium in Week 2 against the New Orleans Saints.
