Josh Jacobs had Raiders fans and fantasy owners alike sweating with his pregame Instagram story, which seemed to intimate that the talented tailback wouldn't be playing in today's game against the Indianapolis Colts.
The ambiguous message left many to speculate, with one beat writer posing a theory to The Athletic's Tashan Reed. Jacobs was not listed on the Raiders' pregame inactive list.
But any fears of Jacobs not taking the field were dissuaded when he indeed took the field for warmups with his Raiders teammates.
Jacobs was questionable going into Sunday's game with an ankle issue, after practicing in a limited capacity on Thursday and Friday. The running back did not play in last week's win over the New York Jets.
Considering that Jacobs is the eighth-highest scoring running back in fantasy football this season, per ESPN PPR, owners going against Jacobs now should be the ones sweating.
