The Oakland Raiders have requested and received an extra 24 hours to avoid a local TV blackout of this Sunday's game against the Chiefs, according to ProFootballTalk.com's Mike Florio.

According to Florio, "the number of unsold non-premium tickets is in the range of 2,000 to 3,000."

The Raiders have sold out the first three of their 2011 home games. It is unclear if newly acquired quarterback Carson Palmer will make his Raiders debut in their fourth home game of the season.
