Players are scheduled to report to Raiders training camp beginning on July 21, according to a memo issued by the league Saturday morning.
NFL executive vice president of football operations Troy Vincent sent an email to all 32 teams laying out the timeline for players to report to their respective training camps. Teams are expected to have their full rosters in camp by July 28, with rookies coming in first.

The Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Texans are the lone exceptions to the schedule. The two teams, who are scheduled to play in the NFL's season opener on Sept. 10, will have rookies report on Monday, a day before the rest of the league.
The Raiders originally were going to hold training camp in Napa, despite the franchise moving from Oakland to Las Vegas this offseason. The NFL mandated last month that teams in their home markets due to the coronavirus pandemic, and a source confirmed to NBC Sports Bay Area at the time that the Raiders will hold training camp at their new facility in Henderson, Nevada as a result.

There will be limits on how players are allowed in the facility at once, but NFL players have yet to agree to health and safety protocols for handling the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
As of now, only 20 players would be allowed in the facility at a time, until the NFLPA signs off on infectious disease emergency response plans for each club. If protocols aren't met, a grievance could follow. But clubs have the right to set reporting dates within CBA rules.— Tom Pelissero (@TomPelissero) July 18, 2020
Unless the league and the NFL Players Association can come to an agreement in the next 48 hours, a potential grievance could be in play as players are requested to report.
It's likely we'll hear from the NFLPA soon with a response.
