The Raiders are clinging to their playoff lives as they get set to face the Los Angeles Chargers on "Thursday Night Football" from Las Vegas.
Coach Jon Gruden's squad currently sits at 7-6, good for the No. 9 seed in the AFC. After a miracle victory vs. the winless New York Jets and a disheartening loss to the Indianapolis Colts, the Raiders hope to get back on track against a 4-9 Chargers squad in Week 15.
The Raiders fired defensive coordinator Paul Guenther after last week's loss, but will be missing four key defenders on Thursday vs. star rookie QB Justin Herbert and the Chargers. Safety Johnathan Abram (concussion), defensive end Clelin Ferrell (shoulder), linebacker Nick Morrow (concussion) and cornerback Damon Arnette (concussion) all will sit out for the Raiders.
