Tom Brady told Antonio Brown he can live with Patriots QB until he's settled

Did Tom Brady and Antonio Brown just become best friends? Yes!

The mercurial wide receiver was released by the Raiders at his request Saturday, and he agreed to terms with the Patriots a few hours later. Brady apparently couldn't be happier about it.

Brady is so excited to have his first elite receiver since Randy Moss that Brown's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, told NBC's Al Michaels that TB12 has told Brown he can stay with him and his wife, Gisele Bündchen, until he gets settled.

Brown had a rocky tenure with the Raiders -- from frostbitten feet to helmet grievances and fights with general manager Mike Mayock -- and many believed the Patriots wouldn't be the right fit for the four-time All-Pro. They were wrong. For now.

Brady now will have Brown, Josh Gordon, Julian Edelman and Demaryius Thomas as his receivers. If only the Patriots could talk Rob Gronkowski into donning a helmet again.
