Noah Gregor says he did not request a trade from the Sharks earlier this year.
“I never asked for a trade,” he told San Jose Hockey Now Wednesday.
He knows of a recent Daily Faceoff report which stated, “Gregor quietly put in a trade request with the Sharks earlier this season, one that they haven’t been able to take him up on yet.”
SJHN checked with other sources around the situation who weren’t aware of a Gregor trade request.
“He’s trying to trade his roommate; that’s what he’s doing,” Logan Couture, Gregor’s stall mate, joked.
