The San Jose Sharks are looking to make it five straight as the road trip continues in Edmonton with a Saturday evening contest against the Oilers.

Team Teal is coming off an emotional victory over the Calgary Flames. Evander Kane and Tomas Hertl scored two goals apiece in the rematch of their New Year’s Eve game to defeat the Flames 5-2 and move to two points within first place in the Pacific Division.

The Oilers are also coming off of a win – one that snapped a six-game losing skid. Edmonton’s season continues to be one to forget, although they are currently sitting just two points out of a wild card spot in the Western Conference.

This is the third meeting between the Sharks and Oilers this season. San Jose is 57-43-12-10 all time 122 meetings with Edmonton.
