Who's the best basketball player in the world right now? That's a debate we could have for days.

Is it LeBron James? Kevin Durant? Steph Curry? James Harden? Giannis Antetokounmpo? Kawhi Leonard? Kyrie Irving? Anthony Davis? Russell Westbrook?

In an interview with CNBC on Thursday, Andre Iguodala was asked about what it will be like to have James in his division and he revealed who he thinks is the best player in the world and who he eventually wants to be the best player in the world.

"It's going to be a lot of fun. Yeah, I'm going to be seeing him a lot more than I would like to. But actually, you prefer to play against the best competition," Iguodala said. "So you know, at this point, he's arguably the best player in the world. He's probably the best player in the world. Kevin Durant is right there. I'm gonna keep pushing Kevin to finally take him over this season. It's going to be a lot of fun."

In his 15th NBA season, James put up incredible numbers. He averaged 27.5 points, 9.1 assists and 8.6 rebounds in his final season with the Cavs. In the postseason, he was even better, pushing those averages to 34.0 points, 9.0 assists and 9.0 rebounds per game. But Durant got the last laugh as he helped the Warriors sweep the Cavs in the Finals and he collected his second straight Finals MVP.
