Steve Kerr made waves earlier this season when he revealed that he once fined Drake, along with Steph Curry and Draymond Green for making the Warriors' team flight late.
It's a true story, and Green blames the famous rapper for getting dinged $500.
"We definitely all got fined," Green told Complex. "Drake was definitely at fault because we were standing in the parking lot for an hour after the game, just talking. Then we realized, oh shoot, we have a plane to catch. Ironically, he was heading to LA too so he just hopped on the plane with us. But it wasn’t good. Steve Kerr is making light of it now, but he was pissed off. Like really pissed off. And if I’m not mistaken, I think we got our ass kicked the next day."

Green also blames Drake for the loss the Warriors suffered the next day.
While Green says Kerr was pissed in the moment, the Warriors coach had a good time telling the story to the media and revealed that Drake did pay his fine.
"Eric Housen, our travel man, called Steph and he said, 'Oh, my fault, I'm with Drake and Draymond, we're at the arena still, sorry we're late,' " Kerr told reporters. "We had a team rule at the time, that you could bring a friend on the plane a couple times a year. Unbeknownst to me, Steph decided to use one of his slots for Drake, so Drake got on the plane that night with Draymond and Steph.
"And I fined all three of them for being late, and Drake paid his $500 fine, you can ask him, true story."

Now, as for the rumor that Curry was responsible for Drake's torn ACL, Green doesn't know anything about that.
"I have no idea," Green told Complex. "I thought Drake had knee issues on tour before and he just kind of gutted through it as the warrior and soldier and young GOAT that he is. He just grinded through it to give the people the show they came to see. So was it the same knee issue he’s dealing with now? I don’t know. Did Steph do it? I’m not sure of that, either. But I’m happy he’s recovering well."
Guess we'll have to get Drake on a Zoom to find out all the details on his fine and torn ACL that may or may not have been caused by Curry.
