Draymond calls Rondo-to-Clippers deal 'best trade today'

Draymond Green won't play in Thursday night's Warriors game in Sacramento against the Kings, but did have his NBA analyst hat on with the trade deadline coming Thursday afternoon.

Green posted on his Twitter account that he thought the trade sending Rajon Rondo to the Los Angeles Clippers was the "best trade today."

The deal, first reported by ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski and later announced by the teams, sends Rondo from the Atlanta Hawks to LA for guard Lou Williams, two second-round draft picks and cash considerations.

Draymond didn't realize Williams was part of the deal at first, but still thinks the Clippers came out as winners.

The Warriors didn't make any major moves at the deadline, but reportedly sent Brad Wanamaker to the Charlotte Hornets and Marquese Chriss to the San Antonio Spurs.
