Draymond Green briefly left the game between the Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers at Crypto.com Arena on Sunday with a left hand injury, but returned a short time later with a large wrap on his hand.
Just before the third quarter, Green spoke to ABC's Lisa Salters and noted that imaging on his hand came back clean.
"I messed it up against Portland earlier in the week, so it's just one of those things where every time it gets caught, it hurts pretty bad," Green told Salters. "But X-rays negative, so just got to fight through the pain."
Green initially injured his hand in the second quarter of the Warriors' game against the Portland Trail Blazers on Feb. 28 when Drew Eubanks banged into him on a rebound attempt.
As the Warriors make a push for the NBA playoffs, they can't afford to lose Green for any amount, which is something he probably realizes as he plays through the pain.
Green recently missed two games with a right knee contusion, so the hand injury adds another layer to the Warriors' playoff push.
