Draymond Green's triple-double record ruined in Warriors' loss to Rockets

All good things must come to an end. So it goes with Draymond Green's immaculate triple-double streak.

Green tallied 19 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists in the Warriors' 126-121 overtime loss to the Rockets in Game 3 of their NBA playoff best-of-seven series Saturday for the sixth postseason triple-double and 28th overall of his career.

In the previous 27 instances, Golden State was 27-0 (22-0 in the regular season, 5-0 in the playoffs).

Thanks to a clutch 3-pointer from James Harden and a not-so-great finish by Steph Curry, the Warriors now are 27-1 all time when Green records a triple-double.

Clearly, when Green plays well, the Warriors are tougher to beat. But evidently, even when he gets a triple-double, unbeatable they are not.
