Draymond tweets about what Mavs did wrong against Clippers

Like him or not, Draymond Green is one of the smartest players in the NBA.

Green has been the backbone of the Warriors' dynasty and is their leader on defense.

But with the Warriors not competing in the NBA playoffs this year, Green is getting his feet wet as an analyst. In recent weeks, he has appeared on TNT pre- and postgame shows, and even got fined for comments about Phoenix Suns' Devin Booker.

But Green also is using Twitter to provide real-time analysis of what he's seeing in Orlando, Fla. On Monday, during Game 1 of the first-round playoff series between the No. 2 seed Los Angeles Clippers and the No. 7 seed Dallas Mavericks, Green noticed schematic mistakes being made by the latter.

The Clippers went on to beat the Mavericks 118-110 in Game 1 of their series. Lou Williams finished with 14 points off the bench.

Over the weekend, Green sent out a few tweets criticizing the way the media covers basketball.

It's clear Green has a future as a basketball analyst and, considering his credentials, he should be able to pick whatever job he wants when his playing career is over.

If you want to know what's really going on in these playoff games, it's probably a good idea to keep an eye on Green's Twitter account for the next few months.
