The Warriors won't have to worry about Giannis Antetokounmpo when they take on the Milwaukee Bucks at Chase Center on Saturday night, as the two-time NBA MVP will miss his third straight game.
Antetokounmpo is listed as out on the latest injury report with right hand soreness, which also kept him out of Milwaukee's win over the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday.
The 28-year-old NBA star last played March 5, but the Bucks currently are in the midst of a three-game win streak -- two of which came without Antetokounmpo.
Saturday's matchup between the 2020-21 champion Bucks and 2021-22 champion Warriors will be the first time Golden State point guard Steph Curry will play in front of a Chase Center crowd since February. The reigning NBA Finals MVP missed four weeks with a lower left leg injury and returned March 5, averaging 32.0 points and 6.3 3-pointers per game despite the Warriors' 0-3 record during that time.
While Golden State does have Curry back, Andrew Wiggins remains out for Saturday's game due to personal reasons and hasn't played since Feb. 13. Warriors veterans Andre Iguodala (right hip) and Klay Thompson (right knee) both are listed as probable for the Dubs-Bucks clash, while Jonathan Kuminga is out for the second straight contest after rolling his right ankle in warmups before Thursday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Antetokounmpo's absence should make things easier on Golden State as they face the 48-18 Bucks, who could pose a threat to the Warriors' remarkable 27-7 home record.
