Saturday at Staples Center turned into Fight Night with Lakers point guard Rajon Rondo and Rockets point guard Chris Paul in the center of the action.
The incident involved more than just the players on the floor, though. While fists flew on the court, things reportedly weren't much better in the stands.
According to eyewitnesses, the bad blood extended from the players to Rondo's girlfriend and Paul's wife.
Chris Paul was still so angry after the game, multiple individuals said, because a member of Rajon Rondo's family made "inappropriate" comments to Paul's wife, Jada, in the stands after the altercation.

Reports even have Rondo's girlfriend shoving Paul's wife, Jada, who was sitting next to LeBron James' wife, Savannah. Chris Paul is the godfather of the James' son, LeBron Jr.

The real question now is: who was the spitter? Was it actually an accidental spit on Paul from Rockets teammate Carmelo Anthony?
Or does new video evidence show Rondo spitting on Paul, prompting the fight?

It's only Game 2 of the season. The new-look Western Conference is going to be nothing short of wild this season.
