Wiggins describes what it's like playing with ‘magical' Steph

The Warriors had a bounce-back performance in their 124-107 win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday at Chase Center.

After an ugly 45-point loss on Monday to the New Orleans Pelicans in which stars Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Andrew Wiggins sat out, Golden State put itself back on the right path to getting to the .500 mark two days later behind Wiggins' 31-point effort.

Wiggins gave credit to Curry for his success filling up the box score against Los Angeles.

"He's magical in the court. Just playing alongside him, he just makes everything easier," Wiggins said after the game. "He attracts a lot of attention, so guys have to be ready to shoot, you know, ready to make waves because obviously a lot of attention is going to be on him because of who he is."

Curry also chipped in behind Wiggins' performance against the Clippers, as the 34-year-old recorded 22 points against their Western Conference rival.

As the Warriors get back to the form many expected coming off the championship, Wiggins will play a significant role in providing secondary scoring behind Curry, who is off to an MVP-level start to this 2022-23 NBA season.
