It certainly was a night to forget for Dillon Brooks.
After returning from his one-game suspension, the Memphis Grizzlies forward struggled in the 101-98 loss to the Warriors in Game 4 of the Western Conference semifinals at Chase Center on Monday night.
The Warriors fans in attendance welcomed Brooks back to the court with loud boos that persisted throughout the game and intensified on every shot he took. Brooks struggled from start to finish, scoring 12 points with five rebounds and eight assists on 5-of-19 shooting from the field and 2-of-9 from 3-point range.

After the game, Grizzlies superstar Ja Morant -- who did not play due to a knee injury sustained in Game 3 -- tweeted in support of his struggling teammate.
After the game, Grizzlies forward Kyle Anderson also had Brooks' back.
"Keep shooting," Anderson told reporters postgame. "We live and die with him taking and making shots. We have confidence in him that he's going to knock down shots. He's done it for us all year. You can't get upset at him when the ball doesn't go in for him because when it's going in for him, we're a really good team. We all just let each other know to keep shooting. We want him to stay confident and keep being aggressive.

Memphis coach Taylor Jenkins applauded Brooks' efforts on the defensive end and believes the 26-year-old will turn it around in Game 5 at FedExForum on Wednesday night.
"Yeah, got a lot of trust in him, and I loved what he was doing defensively," Jenkins said postgame. "Had a big three, big two late in the game, just ball wasn't bouncing for him the majority of the game, but got a lot of trust in that guy.
"He had eight assists. His defensive effort was great, just trying to get his rhythm back. Ball didn't bounce his way a couple times. Had some big shots in the fourth quarter. He'll be better in Game 5."

For Warriors fans, Brooks' struggles must have been oh-so-sweet to watch after the fiery forward established himself as a villain in the eyes of Dubs fans everywhere.
In Game 5, though, Brooks and the Grizzlies will look to bounce back and stay alive in order to prevent Golden State from winning the series and clinching a spot in the Western Conference finals.
