Wiseman recovers from LeBron block, dunks hard vs. Lakers

James Wiseman and the Warriors had a night to forget Sunday against the Los Angeles Lakers, but the Golden State rookie center had a highlight he'll remember.

LeBron James blocked Wiseman's dunk attempt in the third quarter, but the 19-year-old gathered himself -- and the ball -- in time to make sure the second time was the charm.

Wiseman told reporters last month he was too young to watch James' first stint with the Cleveland Cavaliers -- try not to feel old after reading that one -- but grew up watching him on the Miami Heat. Sunday marked his second time playing against James in his young NBA career, so perhaps Wiseman has gotten over the "pinch me" element of playing against someone he watched as a child.

The Warriors, as a whole, looked awed by the reigning NBA champions. Golden State's only lead came when the score was 1-0 and they went on to lose 117-91.

But in the middle of the game getting away from the Warriors, Wiseman wasn't intimidated by his opposition.
