The West Coast's best paper airplane maker has returned after a lengthy hiatus.
Following the Warriors' 111-101 win over the New York Knicks on Friday at Chase Center, Klay Thompson turned the stat sheet into a paper airplane while discussing his approach.

Thompson making paper airplanes during the Warriors' postgame media sessions has been well-documented.
Last season, the Warriors star made one after his 36-point outing against the Utah Jazz on April 2 and even made one following Game 4 of the 2022 NBA Finals.
Although the paper airplane looked aerodynamic and sturdy, it doesn't appear to have gone as far as Thompson would have liked.
"Oh my gosh, my bad," Thompson said after releasing the plane. "Not a bad flight."
With a seemingly relaxed Thompson returning, that is a good sign for Warriors fans, as Kerr had noticed that before the Knicks game, the 32-year-old was "getting in his own way."

Against the Knicks, Thompson looked to be in the flow of the game, dropping 20 points on 8-of-16 shooting, 4-of-10 from 3-point land. His 50 percent shooting from the field was by far his best performance shooting the basketball this 2022-23 NBA season.

More importantly, he and Steph Curry combined for 13 of the Warriors' 24 points in the fourth quarter to put the game away.
If Thompson is back to making paper airplanes as a sign of how relaxed he is, the rest of the league better watch out.
