Klay Thompson and Steph Curry arguably are the greatest shooting backcourt duo in NBA history, and they now are the unquestioned top two 3-point shooters in the playoffs.
With his second 3-pointer of Game 1 of the NBA Finals against the Boston Celtics on Thursday night, Thompson moved into second place on the all-time NBA playoffs 3-point list (432), passing Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James (431).
Thompson now only trails one person -- Curry -- and it's unlikely the five-time NBA All-Star will catch his Splash Brother.
Curry entered the series against Boston with 530 career playoff 3-pointers and added six to that total in the first quarter, an NBA Finals record for a single quarter.

Thompson finished the first half of Game 1 with eight points on 3-of-8 shooting and 2-of-5 from long distance.
